Asset Lifecycle Management
Our Asset Lifecycle Management Services are designed to optimize your asset utilization, minimize costs, and ensure compliance.
ASSET DELIVERY TO HOLDING AND STAGING FACILITIES
- New assets/previously deployed are received within the designated “closest facility”
- Assets are moved to processing area for receipt log in, condition validation, added to ITAM system (client or ours) – asset tagging – damage process
- Previously deployed assets can be held in stock for future use (pending conditions and age), wiped and certified as such, and donated, sold, or properly destroyed
- All to be deployed assets will remain as inventory and tracked within ITAM system
ASSET STAGING/CONFIGURATION
- Asset orders are received via the ITSM ticketing system or other order processes – for configuration and release
- Refurbished/new assets are aligned with user profiles and client parameters
- Assets are configured based on client operating procedures (zero-touch, enroll only, ship as is)
- Testing process is completed for various configuration requirements prior to boxing for shipment
SEND/INSTALL AT LOCATION
- Assets are shipped to designated sites or Residential Addresses
- Assets are received at site by either site resources or dispatched field services
- Field resources can remove asset (s), install, and validate with proper user operations
- Replaced assets (not net new user add), field services will remove device and ship to staging facility for processing
